I have all the files of the first OVA (AVI, idx and sub) but I can't get it to use the subtitles when I play it...I can play it, just no subs.

also try Crystal Player,Zoomplayer or Windows Media 2 play da goodies with subs...or try updating some of yer video players with the CCCP 2006 (browse da net 2 find it)
