Takahashi's designs (and the designs of the animators who followed her originals) have been surprisingly close to realistic. The girls have real hips and real waistlines, their b-b-b-breasts (I'm embarrassed just to type that word) are not comically giganticly oversized but within the realm of the Real.

Takahashi managed to find the exact balance point between Cute and Sexy. They're all "The Girl Next Door". That's one of the many charms of the series.

It's my phylosophy teacher. x_X I never found a real-life Ataru (looks) but I have a classmate that has japanese parents and he looks just like Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto/Naruto Shippuuden.

Hmm... His hair and facial expressions are pretty much alike to Sasuke Uchiha. He's not a psycho, a genious, hateful person but he's very athletic. He is always sleepy in classes and is very outgoing. He's funny, too.
