Hi I'm new and I have made some animated Gifs from the TV series. Is there a proper place to upload them? If this message is in the wrong place feel free to move it.

Ok, I figured out how to upload them to the gallery on here. There aren't very mant animated Gifs of Lum or Lum and Ataru.
I have some really nice ones that I mde but they are too big to be uploaded to the gallery.

It's not that difficult to make them you do need a few programs but after that it's pretty easy. Those were just my first ones. If people like them I'll make more.

You need to download a program called Beneton Movie GIF that is what actually makes the animated Gif file. just Google it for a link to download it.
Lots of converters out there to actually get your video to jpg format and then you need to resize if it's too big.
I use IrfanView to view and resize among other things, it's the most versatile viewer made and blows away Picasa for what it can do.
If you have a Mac then I can't help. since I don't know what Macs use for programs.

I uploaded them to the UY Various gallery on here. Most of them are animated I think 1 or 2 aren't but the rest I animated.
I have some really cool ones but they are too big to be uploaded onto here right now.
You have to actually click on the picture in the gallery to see it animated. The system is slow so if you save it to your system it will animate at the correct speed.

Please do not upload too many animated gif's. The available webspace for the site is limited until I move the complete domain to a virtual server next year.

Ok, I've uploaded all that I have except for the larger files which can't be uploaded.
I'm probably not going to make any more for a while.

What's the size of those larger files?

Well it varies some pics are larger than the allowed resolution and the largest animated one I have is about 12MB. I have a few of those that I made.
I have some Lum cosplay pics that are 2075x3130 which is a larger resolution that is allowed.
